Two-day commitment: By registering your interest, you agree to participate for the full duration of both event days. Mandatory insurance: All stalls must hold valid Public & Product Liability Insurance (20M). If you don’t already have this, we can provide coverage for an additional fee. Electricity: Power is available for a fee. The use of any electrical equipment must be approved in advance. Stall fees: Stall fees vary depending on size and product category. No refunds: Once a stall is booked and paid, fees are non-refundable. Furniture & setup: We provide stall space only. Tables are available for hire for a fee. If using tables, a neutral-coloured tablecloth must be used (black cloths are not permitted). No flags are allowed as stall decoration. If bringing your own furniture, please notify us in advance.
